On October 10th 2010, after leaving my previous place of employment due to toxic work environment and practices, 16 year old me was given an amazing opportunity to experience. I was hired at the Iron Horse Music Hall,in the kitchen as a part-time minimum wage employee. My Duties were Expo, and Running, as well as Hostessing. In December 2011, promptly after my 18th birthday, I was promoted to Waitstaff and I never looked back. Eventually working my way up to Bar Back. It was then that i realized what my true passion would be, Bar tending. I interchangeably was employed at all three of IHEGs Northampton Massachusetts Venues. IHEG also employed me annually to provide alcohol service at The Mountain Park outdoor concert venue in Holyoke Massachusetts, along with being outsourced to public events throughout the years. When i left IHEG I had advanced as far as one could.
