To whom it may concern, This letter addresses some of the perceptions I have about Sawan Koopadira, who is a former R&D Engineer co-op of mine, from Northeastern University. The intent of this missive is to write a general letter of recommendation to any potential employer or academic institution who may be considering Mr. Koopadira as a candidate. I had the pleasure to serve as his supervisor during his co-op at Metalor Technologies, USA. Sawan has many attributes but the one I found most impressive was his determination; he wouldn’t be satisfied until he found the answer to the problem he was trying to solve. He has consistently demonstrated an ability to rise to the challenges presented before him. During his co-op Sawan successfully completed three major projects; Development of a sub-micron silver paste for EMI shielding application, Formulate a low specific surface area non-agglomerated spherical silver powder and executed a Design of Experiments to study the affect specific parameters have on the specific surface area for a sub-micron spherical silver powder. All projects were very challenging and Sawan’s persistence lead him to these exceptional accomplishments. Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Sawan to join your team/institution. As a dedicated and knowledgeable employee and an all-around great person, I am confident he will be a beneficial addition to your organization. To conclude, I would like to restate my strong recommendation for Sawan Koopadira. Please feel free to contact me at Joseph.Reinaldo@Metalor.com should you like to discuss Sawan’s experience further. I’d be happy to expand on my recommendation. Sincerely, Joseph Reinaldo R&D Engineer Metalor Technologies, USA
