I had a scientific research project on Antibiotics Resistance. It's a health condition in which the person becomes resistant to antibiotics, which are produced to cure certain bacterial diseases. Nowadays because of abundant and improper use of antibiotics, carelessness of healthcare systems, self medication etc, antibiotics become resistant to our bodies. I did an experiment on it as well, at IIIM Jammu, I went to five different places at jammu, and collected samples in a liquid medium, then we added broth/agar to the medium and put that solution to plates. Then the microbes grew in those sealed off plates. After that, sadly, we had to expose them to a lethal amount of antibiotics, and yeah! They became resistant due to improper use of antibiotics. It was overall a new and learning experience. I learned a lot! It was probably the best part of my whole life. Show less
