Duties & Responsibilities: • Opening the front door for guests, direct them to the check-in desk. • Delivers guests’ luggage in the suite upon check-in in a timely manner. • Introduce the features of the room to the guests, explain them how to use the air conditioning system, audiovisual systems and equipment, electronic “do not disturb sign” system, coffee making unit, minibar and telephone. • Give guests information about directions, the hotel, hotel area and local tourist attractions. • When guests have checked out offers assistance with luggage. • To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs. • To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other department. • To follow all LHW, hotel policies as instructed. • To respond to any changes in the division as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel.
