Babies (3 months to 2 years) * Teaching the parents and the children about water safety, in and around the pool * Teaching the parents on how to get their child to be comfortable under the water, in the water, using kickboards, using pool noodles, diving down to get toys, climbing over mini obstacles. Climbing in and out of the pool safely and being able to swim to and from parents or teacher comfortably. Learn to swim (2 years to 12 years) * Teaching children from the ages of 2 to 8 about safety/dangers in and around the pool. * Teaching children how to swim dog paddle, freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke, how to hold their breath till the count of 10 and back float. Squad (5/6 years to 12 years) * Teaching the children the proper form for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. This includes all the steps in-between, how to do the legs, then the arms, how to breathe with the different styles and add it all together to have one flowing movement of swimming for each stroke. * Teaching the children how to do races, this includes individual sprints, medleys and relays. * Teaching the children about water safety.
