Build and maintain strong relationships with all hiring managers and employees in my primary regions of Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin as well as provide Recruiting guidance and oversight to other regions across the state. • Effectively support managers throughout PlainsCapital Bank, PlainsCapital Corp, and Hilltop Holdings to support their hiring & general employee relations needs. • Provide full-cycle recruiting by guiding managers through the process of creating new job requisitions, identifying and screening applicants, identifying qualified candidates, arranging interviews, providing guidance & input on hiring decisions, and negotiating & extending offers. • Serve as the single point of contact for candidates and hiring managers for roles for which I am recruiting. • Manage relationships with recruiting vendors (staffing agencies, LinkedIn, etc). • Lead New Employee Orientations • Create & analyze various HR reports utilizing the HRIS (ExponentHR) & other tools (Excel, Word, etc.). • Assist in the general maintenance of employee records & ensure that all employee-related documents are kept confidential and in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
