Savannah worked for me, seasonally, for three years in an afterschool program. The structure of the program was to build entreprenurial skills by teaching middle school youth to replicate the process of opening and running a business. In order to do this job, a facilitator must equal knowledge in business as well as their topic of interest. Savannah really put her knowledge of the fashion and photography industries to use. She taught out students to write their own scripts, film and edit a project and how to premier the final product. She taught them composition for photographs and helped the students create numerous print-media products, such as newsletters, advertising and signage. I also worked with Savannah on several events where she served as our event photographer. She is easy going and very creative when she plans photos, which is great for a events. She thinks quickly and can make very useful suggestions to utilize natural light and or objects in the environment.
