I am the Tech Chad at SavaHire, I build client's dashboards and design a seamless experience for their HR, with so much fun with the great team obviously! At SavaHire, we have been working on the mission to make hiring easier in the web3 space. We have amassed over 140+ startups in our clientele that are backed by the world's best: Tiger Capital, Sequoia, Lightspeed and others. We have a pool of hyper-vetted freelancers working in the roles of Community Managers, Blockchain Developers and Content Writers. Our aim is to be the one-stop hiring platform for web3 startups and eventually become a platform for the desi web3 workforce to test their skills on and get hired. We are seeing wages skyrocket for people who have access to the right information yet majority of the web3 workforce earns enough to meet ends. This wage gap exists due to an information gap for people who have the skills but not the credentials or the exposure. We are trying to close this gap by bringing companies who can pay well for skills and people with right skills in the web3 industry. You are paying thousands of dollars on freelancers due to a talent shortage. Why not tap into existing talent pools across the most remote regions of India?
