Saurabh was a great asset to my team and the company while he was Customer Engagement Executive inside Ariba. He was responsive, understanding and had a customer first mentality. He is strong in his technical knowledge as well as working with customers and helping them reach their full potential. He was someone you could easily give a complex project and not worry about it and have it complete, on time and better than expected. He is a great asset to any team.

I worked with Saurabh in a number of roles at Ariba, spanning from managing him directly on customer project engagements to overseeing his career management as a direct HR report. He was always impressive, starting with his technical roles and later broadening his skill set to cover best practice functional consulting and relationship management. Outside of customer work, Saurabh always had a eye open to find new ways to grow as a consultant and professional. He is driven, a very fast learner, and always on top of tasks.
