Saurabh and I worked collaboratively at Thai Summit America Corp for nearly 3 and half years. We got into this company at the same time with very little knowledge about the automotive industry. Over the years, I found him gain in-depth knowledge about the industry as well as facing many challenges that came across in his projects. One of the main reasons why Saurabh and I have been successful co-workers on almost every projects that the company gave us is his ability to deep dive into details and hardworking attitude. We did come across various hurdles in our individual projects but made sure we helped each other in those difficult times. He was never shy of asking for help and would take constructive criticism quite well. During the years that I have worked with Saurabh, I have had the opportunity to observe his interpersonal style. He always was good with his peers, never argued with anyone and was always keen to learn new things.
