It is a semester-long program that blends intensive course work with the management of an actual business organization. The program aims to challenge the students to push their boundaries and emerge as successful business leaders that also possess a service motive.Co-founded a company along with 20 students called “Sooner Sips.” Spearheaded the website design, which let to online sales revenue of $7800. Collaborated with philanthropy executive to plan and execute community service activities. REDiTECH is a team that provides numerous services, including managed IT services, phone systems, backup & recovery, email services, cloud services, and hardware and software sales. Project: Client Migration From ConnetWise Automate to SolarWinds N-Central I administrated a 500 clients database during the migration process. The database was consists of 4900 endpoints and their attributes. I facilitated by creating new client records on N-central, updated the created customer records as a backup source, ensured the completeness and accuracy of data/attributes. Facilitated network architects with LAN network design and implementation. Lessons Learned: Within Organization, no technician knows how to solve all technical problems. Solving technical problems require patience and utilization of resources, including other technicians and google search. As an employee/manager, understanding the importance of people's dynamics, organizational values, and interpersonal communication is essential. Ensure you communicate with your manager/supervisor as needed to avoid any misunderstanding or work productivity. Show less
