First incumbent of the newly created role within one of 5 global teams with a responsibility for northern Europe, CIS, Middle East, Southern and Eastern Africa. Met targets for trainings sold and delivered within region, driving year on year growth. Headed the redevelopment of the personal travel security awareness training courses and was travel security subject matter expert for the development of the new Travel Risk Awareness (TRA) elearning. As part of the wider team was involved in incident management team deployments to support our clients and became the lead in developing the assistance plan for the London Olympics.

Our main event was a large annual mining conference held in South Africa, allowing our client to facilitate meetings between their clients and investors in an exquisite location and conduct business through formal and informal programmes and share knowledge in two streams of panel sessions. In addition former heads of state, explorers and authors attended to speak to attendees.
