      - I took raw traffic data from servers and turned it into an easily readable 30 second ‘talk to time’ script to send to 8 local Capital radio stations - I worked under very strict time pressures to get all 8 scripts delivered on time every half an hour in order to be read in accordance with the stations running schedule - Was able to adapt the basic data and humanise it into an authoritative, entertaining and engaging script, I could also adjust to any specific feedback the stations had in order for the scripts to best fit their purpose - In charge of responding to any queries the stations had with the scripts and updating information in accordance to any incoming calls we had regarding traffic developments - Helped improve and update databases based on road changes Show less

    • Movie Transit Operator
      • Nov 2017 - Dec 2018

I was the territory operator in charge of supplying feature film deliveries to around 400 sites in both Denmark and Spain. My main role is to manage multiple ongoing and new deliveries to make sure content is ready and delivered to the sites in time for strict screening dates. These deadlines must be met so I have have to constantly adapt to new issues that arise on a daily basis. There are always multiple deliveries at once from a variety of distributors with some spanning hundreds on cinemas, so I had to constantly liaising with clients in order for them to know the status of their bookings and help with any queries they may have. This required a lot of time management and prioritisation to make sure we could get them delivered in time. I started off in this role as first line support before moving to this position. First line support involved handling all incoming emails and delegating them to the correct operator to ensure quick and efficient resolutions to the plethora of issues that are raised through the day.
