It takes immense determination and courage from a client, working in collaboration with architects, in order to make a project materialize. Saubia Fatemi has been one such client. I had the privilege of working with Saubia on the design and construction of the Haque Academy Extension (Shanul Haque Building) from May 2017 to September 2018. I was highly impressed by Saubia's excellent management, organization and coordination skills throughout the project. She is highly proactive and brilliant at problem solving. Her ability to handle multiple hurdles and tasks was unlike any I've seen before. Saubia does not hesitate to take on challenges and made sure that everything was followed up as per our discussions and agreements. She was sensitive to the ideas and consultancy given to her by us as designers and was a great listener and absolutely wonderful client to work with. I look forward to future opportunities to work with Saubia as any Architect would be lucky to have her as a client.
