I have phone English classes with my students for 10 to 20 minutes per class. During class we either work from a text book or I give the student a topic to talk about and we discuss the topic. Sometimes I help prepare the student to take the TOEFL exam or other English exams they may have to take to get a promotion in their company. As the student and I talk, I give the student corrections and feedback on their speaking and I answer any questions and address any concerns the student may have. I write a daily report for each student after each class with detailed information about their grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension and areas they need to improve on. I also give them study tips and suggestions to help them improve their English. At the end of the month, I fill out a progress report for each student to let them know what speaking level they are on, what they are doing well on, and what areas they need to improve on.
