I design and structure Clinical Pastoral Education Programs. I especially recruit CPE students from various socio-cultural backgrounds, collaborate with CPE Supervisors outside of US to create cross-cultural CPE lessons. I am a recipient of the Emerging Leader Award through the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) in 2016, and I also received Innovative CPE Program Award through the Foundation of CPE (FCPE) in 2017. In addition to be an educator, I also manage Pastoral Care for the General Medicine service line as a staff chaplain, offering spiritual care to patients, family and staff as well as training CPE students to do the same.
