As a member of the International Language Society (ILS) and serving as a Staff in the Human Resources Department (HRD), my role encompassed various responsibilities related to managing and supporting the organization's human resources functions.In my capacity as a Staff HRD, one of my key tasks was to assist in the recruitment and selection process. This involved collaborating with the HR team to develop job descriptions, post job vacancies, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new members. By ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, I contributed to building a talented and diverse team within the organization.I played an semi active role in organizing and conducting training and development programs for ILS members. This included identifying training needs, designing training modules, and coordinating workshops or seminars. By facilitating learning opportunities, I contributed to enhancing the skills and knowledge of our members, enabling them to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to the organization's objectives.In my role as a Staff HRD at ILS, I developed strong interpersonal and communication skills by working closely with team members, understanding their needs, and providing support and guidance when required. I also gained experience in human resources management, recruitment, training, and employee relations, which further developed my professional skill set.My involvement as a member of ILS and my role as a Staff HRD allowed me to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
