Fighting & fending litigation in IPR for thirty plus years. Have almost 100% success rate: be it litigation; registration or deal negotiation. There is not a subject in IPR & Corporate laws that has not been dealt by me. I have acted & appeared before the lowest revenue division officers of our government & the highest courts in India. I sought, met & secured the ends of justice for my clients. If there is injustice in a case, then I take up causes unflinchingly. Money or fees are never in the reckoning & never matter to me.
