In Satish’s role at RealNetworks he performed the role of architect very effectively. He is very good at working with external customers thru integration requirements, understanding those requirements and bringing a clear design with working integration examples when needed to facilitate the job of developers. In addition to the role of external carrier integration architect, Satish as key in building 2 major systems at RealNetworks form the ground up, being the primary architect on both. These were 1) a content management system and end-user portal to enable UGC sellable media content and 2) a service built on top of our media service to perform social notifications of sharing actions (share, reshare, like, comment and view). Both systems were well designed and leveraged scalable future looking technologies that would stand the test of time. I have no doubt in Satish’s skillset as an architect and believe he can contribute very effectively to any organization needing internal design architects or an integration architect to external systems.
