Conducting daily hygiene audits and monthly FSMS audit and finding scope for improvement in respective division with planned action plans. Daily process verifications for PRP’s, OPRP’s & CCP’s. Equipments/machineries Cleaning verification & validation as per planned schedule. Conducting monthly HACCP audits and reviewing with the team. Monthly SOP validations of power products and Quarterly verification of HACCP plan. Process validations & control of change management in place. Risk Assessment & management for all the processed food products. Planning corrective actions (CAP) for internal & External deviations (customer complaints) and following up the same for appropriate closure within timeline & reporting. Complying QA systems to the requirements of FSSAI, ISO 22000:2005, FSSC 22000, USFDA and BRC ORKLA OFSS standards Materials Compliance - Incoming and In-House: Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials & Revalidation Inspection, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices. Responsible for in-house material testing of components. Involved in development of material specifications for Raw materials, semi-finished goods and FG. Support in Green Field activities such as QA lab setups & hygeinic layouts for upcoming projects Microbiological Analysis: (TPC, Y&M, COLIFORM, E.COLI) For personel, Equipments, materials & resources.
