  Job Scope/ Commitment:- Ensure a project is completed from the point of receiving LOI until Mass Productiono Drawing input + design + verification o Constant communication with vendor and customer on product featureso Assist during the Line setup for the producto Be the team leader for the project and work hand to hand with other dept.o Selection of vendor based on capability, facility, and cost. o Capable to work overtime and under short lead time to meet customer requirements. Responsible for product design and testing related issues for automotive parts. (usually plastics and metal parts) Ensure parts comply to ELV/EEC regulations. Main products were in relative with the use of a motor (DC motors) and mechanical system  using the principal of Crank-Rocker system. Conduct VAVE (Cost Down) activities (via material/ processes/ part integration/ design improvements Work closely with other departments to ensure project works as planned and are able to meet its schedule. Overview and assist in product testing by providing specification as per ISO/DIN/JIS as well as test methods. Once test completed, able to provide direction for product development/improvement.  Project Management and documentations (APQP, DFMEA ,PFMEA, Drawing Approval, Process Flow, etc)
