Compaction of soil with core-cutter (Proctor density & modified PDT) and sand replacement (diff) method. Non-destructive test on concrete (ultrasonic pulse velocity test and rebound-hammer test.), flexural strength test of concrete for road pavements etc. • Slip forms activities in Silos for cement plants with hydraulic technology. • Monitoring quality control activities. Imparting training to the subordinate staff for increasing their effectiveness at different stages of work. • Preparing/ Reviewing/ Approving QAP (FQP), ITP, Method Statement, Job Procedure (QA/QC methodologies), Checklist as per Technical Specification, Tender documents and Relevant Standard. • Maintaining records for all concerned activities. Conducting internal projects meetings to review invest & update quality control procedures. • Conducting Quality Audits of various Plant and Non Plant Buildings. organization. • Coordinating meetings so as to provide a forum to Contractors and project team to discuss & resolve potentials, for exchanging information required for various aspects. • Carrying out routine & periodical Quality checks of various activities to enable quality construction.
