  Aug-2010 Responsibilities:  Support to newly opened branches and Technical Support on branch splitting and Merging.  Pilot test for software’s and Feed back to software developers.  Conduct the Training to Branch staff and Technical support, Include EDP Staff. About newly launched products.  Delivery and User acceptance testing support & Bug fixing.  Resolving network problems, Explain about Branch reports.  Consolidating data from all the Branches and interact with the Branches to ensure timely transfer and accuracy of data, generating reports for the same.  Monitoring regular system back-ups and perform routine troubleshooting.  Document and follow-up customer suggestions/change request for continued improvements to internal systems and products.  Understand each department’s workflow and objectives.  Support in continuity of software systems and services at organization level.  Understand business requirements and get it developed from the Vendor. Support in implementation of different IT Systems.  Finalizing all IT related purchases with vendors & time to time follow up for AMC and all other issue.  Give High level software support to Business users. Co-ordination between IT, Vendors and Departmental Users.  Interacting with customers over telephone to analyze & resolve technical software queries.  Troubleshooting & Implementing Companies Software Products & map customer’s requirements.  Visiting client sites to provide training to the end users.  Understanding the Payroll structure of client and configure it in HRPM.  Understanding the Loan Monitoring System functionality and configure it in mfExpert-LMS.  Understanding the Financial Accounting functionality and configure it in FA S/W.  Consolidating data from all the Branches and interact with the Branches to ensure timely transfer and accuracy of data, generating reports for the same.
