      Web Spiders (WS) is a global enterprise software company that develops products for marketing and HR. The singular focus of these products is to drive forward 'user engagement' using mobility and Artificial Intelligence-led Bots. Throughout my 19-year career I have held several positions: ► 2009 to Aug. 2019 – Vice President. I was promoted to this position where I managed a staff of 250+ individuals delivering services to clients across the globe. I was accountable for achievements in revenue, service and other operational goals. We serviced a range of prestigious accounts including Mitsubishi Motors Europe, ATOS, Samsung, Philips, International Trade Centre- Geneva, Syntel Inc, Cognizant, Atkins, Danone Group, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, McKinsey. My success was primarily the result of developing skills in project management and planning, stakeholder management, organization and people development and internal & external negotiating. ► 2002 to 2009 – Project Manager and AVP. My primary responsibilities included: ● On-time project deliverables ● Cost control ● Project quality assurance ● Risk Management ● Change management ► 2000 to 2001 – Web Designer. The position involved close work with clients to identify their needs and get their acceptance during the development phase. Additionally, I was responsible for planning, creating and coding the web sites.
