I am involved in planning, developing and overseeing our Talent Acquisition/Recruitment processes and strategies. I am responsible for finding bottlenecks in our recruitment process to ensure a great candidate and stakeholder experience. My responsibilities include sourcing and finding candidates qualified for the tech talent open roles, reviewing employment applications and background check reports, understand the team's role requirements and ensure its translated into a clear job specification as well as ensuring the use of our APS system to drive our hiring process and track all phases of the candidates lifecycle.I specialise within the Technology space, hiring talent in the Software Development and Operations industry.I have also taken on the company's Social Media Marketing, focusing on our three main social media platforms.
