During my employment as a Graduate Project Manager for UCBuild Melbourne Australia, I was involved with handling a range of residential, commercial and industrial clientele. Whilst actively liaising with clients, sub-contractors and tradies to gain quotations for proposed works and effectively delivering the appointed tasks on time and within budget. Moreover, I was working on Contract Handling, Calling for Quotations and following up on Leads to lock new Clientele. I was also actively communicating with the Councils and Building Surveyors to obtain permits while overseeing the work done by Architects and Cost Estimators for the RFI submissions of the same. Moreover, I Initiated various communication and problem-solving strategies within the UCBuild teams such as Trello (To track effective delivery of projects) for efficacious delivery of intra team communication. Architect cum Project Manager and Team Coordinator

Involved with the SHAPE programme by RMIT in carrying out multidiciplinary projects in the Built Environment. SHAPE is a studio style elective focussed on multidisciplinary collaboration and generating design responses and implementation strategies to current, real world projects. I acted as a Lead Architect cum Project Manager and Team Coordinator in delivering Redesign for Arden Innovative Precinct. We were a multi-disciplinary team of 5 members consisted of 2 Architect cum Project Managers, 2 Architect cum Sustainable Energy Consultants and an Urban Planner. The masterplan consisted 5 sub-projects; Arden Station, Community Garden, Office Complex, Porous Public Spaces and Arden Creek. As an overall Project Manager I lead the team during the planning, designing and execution phases whilst involving with developing the master plan, concepts, vision statements, architectural drawings, 3D visualisations, project schedules and cost estimations for the Arden Station Sub-project. Team skills were essential in carrying out this project and as the Team Coordinator I initiated the use of several collaboration and communication platforms for the team to effectively work in the aforementioned project.
