As RGM of the Bay for the past year, much has been accomplished: • Executed turnaround of the Bay Wheels bikeshare operation and alleviated client relationship gaps to achieve a landmark city milestone (4,000 electric bikes launched in Q1 2020), in key strategic market for Lyft • Rebuilt the operations team over the course of 6 months, doubling management capacity, streamlining labor functionally, and revamping onboarding processes to slow attrition • Right-sized and redefined operating processes to best meet client SLAs after the introduction of the new electric product to the region • Led essential services unionized workforce through the COVID shutdown, and worked with our client and union reps to ensure that our employees could move about the city safely ensure continued service

Citi Bike is available for use by locals and visitors 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year, and riders have access to thousands of bikes at hundreds of stations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Jersey City. Motivate provides services for every aspect of the operation, from repairing and rebalancing bikes, to maintaining the stations and docking points, swapping pedal assist bike batteries and answering customer calls and requests.
