I hired Sasha and worked on a couple of projects with her - she is a fantastic addition to any team. She worked on complex projects for global brands in unfamiliar domains, but was able to get to grips with them very quickly. These were ostensibly research projects, but her work went way beyond research. She built on customer research to add strategy and business consulting in a way that meant something would actually happen once the work was done. Sasha is great at simplifying the complex, dealing with ambiguity and collaborating with teammates. She's a lot of fun to work with and her presentation skills are among the best I've seen. Sasha made a big impression at Foolproof and clearly has a lot of potential. I can't wait to see where her career takes her next.

As a Senior UX Consultant, I plan and conduct research, gather insight and recommend an appropriate solution to whatever problem we are tackling; this can range from defining a high-level customer experience to suggesting specific design improvements to a screen within a digital experience. Using my strategic skills I turn insights into customer propositions and experience strategies, working closely with clients to identify product opportunities, prioritise features and create product roadmaps. As the sole UX designer responsible for Jaguar and Land Rover's UK websites I work on a variety of projects including single page campaigns, site restructures and in-depth research projects. I recently led an extensive research project into purchasing habits. I am also responsible for the global UX for Jaguar Land Rover Experience, Adventure Travel, Classic Cars, Fleet & Business and Special Vehicle Operations across 27 different markets. Show less

My role as an Experience Planner at Dare involved creating digital solutions for clients by looking at the end to end experience and decision process that a user will go through, with a particular focus on behavioural science.
