      At Talentwunder we are driving innovation in the HR tech industry. My contributions to our mission are: ➡ Identify and design ML solutions (with a focus on NLP and recommendation systems) ➡ Train, test, improve, and deploy new and existing ML solutions in a microservice environment (full-stack) ➡ Build and maintain various search logics based on the Elasticsearch DSL ➡ Analyze candidate- and usage data for data-driven business intelligence (BI) ➡ Support the management with reports and consulting on AI and data-related matters In my journey at Talentwunder, I have developed ML products that help our customers source fitting candidates for their own mission. With a mix of deep learning and classical machine learning techniques, my focus is to deliver reliable ML products that create a measurable impact. This includes suggesting relevant alternative job titles and skills, identifying other profiles of the same candidate on different networks, as well as extracting relevant information from job ads and candidate profiles. To achieve this, I have been supporting the management team in hiring two new data scientists, and one data analyst. We have been growing the team from a single person to five people in total. This allows us to leverage the vast amount of data Talentwunder offers to our customers. Building a collaborative workflow and a strong sense of ownership in the data science team we are continuously expanding our responsibilities by identifying new opportunities for data-driven solutions and products.
