Personally, I consider it as a privilege for having Dr. R Sai Sathish as my MSc Dissertation and PhD research supervisor, for he is gifted with a rare enthusiasm towards teaching, philosophy and scientific exploration. In my interactions with him for the past 4 years now, I have seen him taking strong ownership and driving for results by addressing everything from the big picture to the details. Besides being a remarkable mentor & vibrant group leader, he takes time out of his hectic schedule to have several one-to-one research interactions with his students. Being organized, friendly, smart, creative, energetic, talented with startling communication skills, makes everything agile and interesting in the department and lab. No matter how bad a circumstance could turn out to be, Dr. Sathish made sure everyone left with a smile and strikingly, he resolves personal, social and professional problems of anyone who asks his help, effortlessly. His meritorious personality with down-to-earth attitude makes him an asset to any organization or institution. While, he is a hard task master when it comes to deliverables and set deadlines, he himself sticks to his promises without fail and therefore, remains a role model to many. Several esteemed funding's, excellent publications and multidisciplinary collaborations across the globe stands as testimony for his industrious, dynamic team leader with research spirit, outstanding interpersonal, troubleshooting, analytical and management capabilities.
