  I have been working at the Faculty of Economics of University of Banja Luka since academic 2001/2002. I am permanently employed since 01st of March 2002 when I worked as a teaching assistant on Market Research and SMEs Economics subjects in 2002 only and Economics of Enterprise subject till 2010. I was elected to the senior teaching assistant position 05th of July 2007, Economics of Enterprise subject. I was elected to the Assistant Professor possition 27th of January 2011 of Economics and Management of SMEs subject, Theoretical Economics scientific area. I was elected to the Associate Professor position on Entrepreneurial Economics, Economics and Management of SMEs subject, Entrepreneurial Economics scientific area, 24th of December 2015. Since November 2007 I was obtaining duty of vice dean for student affairs till June 2020. Since 27th of November 2014 I am founder and director of Center for Project Management and Entrepreneurship - CPME http://www.cpme.ef.unibl.org/. Responsible for organizing and preparing schedules for exams and teaching, curriculum developments, quality assurance, to coordinate Student service functioning, M&E and designing, managing and participation in national and international scientific research projects and cooperation (Tempus, FP7, Erasmus+, Horizon 2020).   I have been involved in work of intеrnational development organization CARE International Balkans (http://care-balkan.org/¸https://youngmeninitiative.net/en/) since 1999 with Head of Office in Sarajevo and Branch Office in Banja Luka. Since 01st of April 2009 work under additional work contract as a project manager on regional projects. In CARE, as a project manager I have been managing various regional projects and economic development projects, in cooperation with youth NGO’s, Roma NGO’s, gender equality related projects, such as follows: Economic Livelihood Development Project (1999-2000), Western Balkans Youth and Student Democracy Initiative Project (2001-2006), Strengthening Democratic Development in Bosnia & Herzegovina and with strategic partners in Croatia (2005-2007), Western Balkans GBV Prevention Initiative (2006-2008), Strengthening Civil Society and Promoting Positive Youth Development Initiative, Combating Violence and Social Exclusion in the Western Balkans (2008-2010), Young Men as Allies in Preventing Violence and Conflict in the Western Balkans (2010-2013), Boys and Men as Allies in Violence Prevention and Gender Transformation in the Western Balkans (2013-2016), Young Men Initiative - Promoting Healthier Lifestyles among Youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina by Challenging Gender Stereotypes (2014-2017), Men and Boys as Partners in Promoting Gender Equality and Addressing Youth Violence in the Western Balkans (2017-2020).
