Fully developed a new management application for the "Family to Family" Project (One of Hope Center's projects in Aleppo), including designing the MySQL database and the graphical user interface, as well as writing the backend code. This new program helped to reduce the routine work by 50% and to improve the quality and the accuracy of the work by more than 70%. Assumed all IT and Tech Support responsibilities in the NGO's offices and projects in Homs, Damascus and Latakia remotely or over the phone, including but not limited to: backing up data, solving users' issues, etc. Used Visual Studio, c#, and MySQL to develop a new version of an internal windows-form app for the DISC project, which is one of Hope Center's projects in Homs and Damascus, to meet the specialized needs of DISC-employees within the app and fix all known bugs. Took on the responsibility of continued development and routine maintenance and updates for the applications mentioned above. Installed and configured all the PCs, printers, routers, etc. required for the new Hope Center office in Homs city. Show less
