  Job Description 1.Lead a group of senior technicians, technicians and operators to provide full failure analysis support for product qualifications, customer returns, new device introduction and general test failures. 2. Responsible to identify the visible defects which is related to assembly and test processes. 3. Possess thorough understanding of the product package assembly and process flow. 4.Work with Process, Assembly Product, Test and Engineering groups. Responsibilities and Tasks 1.
