Sarthak's journey has been quite exciting from the start and given the vantage point of having seen him develop from a young data analyst to building solution-centric relationships and now leading a business category, I can say that he has some unique qualities that have punctuated his growth. A couple of those I would call out are high emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with people, along with his persistence in trying to work out solutions in seemingly difficult situations.
