- Developed 3D terahertz wave tomography system (Used LabView for data acquisition and MATLAB for data analysis).- Reported for the first time the frequency of resonance of human sweat duct. I used optical coherence tomography and developed terahertz time domain spectroscopy (THzTDS) in reflection geometry in this study.- Proposal writing, grant applications writing.- Published papers in refereed journals.- Presented papers in international/national conferences.

- Developed a high power (average power = 18μW) THz wave emission system using high power femtosecond laser and non-linear optical crystal (DAST). - Worked with various companies in collaborative projects (eg. Chloride ion measurements, performance enhancement of is-TPG system, algorithm development of THz wave imaging etc.)- Developed injection seeded terahertz wave parametric sources and detectors for non-destructive testing and analysis using terahertz waves. THz waves are emitted using non-linear crystal (Lithium Niobate) excited with pico-second pulsed laser.- Proposal writing, grant applications writing.- Published papers in refereed journals.- Presented papers in international/national conferences.- Served as reviewer for different journals.

- Worked on the project of " Research and development of nondestructive sensing system using X-ray and Terahertz radiation.” - Developed terahertz time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) using photoconductive antenna as an THz emitter and electrooptic crystal (Zinc Telluride) as a detector. - Developed MATLAB program for uncertainty analysis in optical constants measured using terahertz time domain spectroscopy. - Software development for the data analysis (Random and systematic errors, Error propagation, uncertainty estimation etc.) - Numerical study on early stage breast cancer detection using ultra-wide band microwave imaging (Simulation codes were written in MATLAB for FDTD analayis)
