Bio
Michael W. Conway
Sarmi has been my direct supervisor in the Pain team at Eli Lilly for just over a year. She has been extremely helpful in supporting me in developing pilot protocols in the new team allowing me time and space to explore the possibilities on my own. However she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in many facets of research and is always happy to offer help and advice whenever I have requested. I have really enjoyed working under her guidance and am sorry to no longer be working for her in the future.
