Ensure compliance with organizational and funder requirements, maintaining accurate program documentation and records. Participant Engagement and Support: Engage with youth participants, conducting interviews and assessments to identify their needs and goals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and resources to support their personal and professional growth. Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program outcomes. Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders for program enhancement and decision-making. Capacity Building: Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of program staff, volunteers, and participants.
