To date, I have successfully close-out all the Contracts without having any disputes either with the end user or with the Contractor’s or Consultants. Not only that, I have managed to finish these Projects by adhering to the Contracts constraints which in term executed significant cost components to QREIC, even after incorporating numerous additional requirements from the end-user. Responsibilities Formulate procurement strategies and co-ordinate with the stake-holders of the supply-chain. Prepare/ interpret/review Agreement/MOU with the Clients/End-Users. Administer contracts in accordance with QREIC and End-User’s / Client’s policies and procedures. Perform all aspects of contract risk assessments and develops risk mitigation strategies, plans and solutions in alignment with SBU’s requirements. Participate in or coordinates the preparation and review of bid packages including work specifications, schedules commitments, cost objectives, and contract terms and conditions. Overall Pre and Post Tender Administration including evaluation of bid-offers, assist management in formulating strategies for negotiation and finally recommendation for awarding. Overall Post-Contract Administration: from inception of contract to close-out, ensures adequacy and accuracy of Contract with its integral parts.
