Sarit is not just an intuitive practitioner, she is a guide, a healer and an inspiring business woman. I had a pleasure of attending one of her writing workshops (at the time called the Sacred Poetry Workshop) and it was a mind opening experience beautifully combining self-discovery, intuitive/ soul work, well-being and creativity. Sarit is a talented entrepreneur who both creates services that truly do good in the world and are unique and appealing to her target audience. I hope Highest Good Wellbeing continues to expand and more people can experience this unique type of services blending the intuitive well-being and de-light-ful creativity.

I would love to recommend Sarit for her writing skills. I commissioned Sarit to help me with the copy for my website. The 1st draft hardly needed changing as she had taken the time to understand what my needs were and to feel into the energy of my voice. I love her creative and inspired approach to words bringing them to life in a unique and powerful way ❤️

I hired Sarit to be part of a wellbeing event I run - Nourished Mind - and couldn't be more happy with her work. Truly wonderful workshop facilitator, making every participant feel safe and teaching practical habits that can change their lives. Would definitely work with her again!

I started this project out of a need to reduce my own isolation while studying, setting up my business and subsequently job searching. The project has been running successfullly for a year, serving both members of the public and JAMI service users at their social enterprise, Head Room Cafe. The format is simple: - Bring something you're working on, for business or pleasure - Join in or sit out the optional positive support activities (check ins, positive intention setting, mini meditations and visualisations) - Enjoy working in an environment where you can get on with your work with a healthy dose of connection - Learn to be kind to yourself and others in sharing the space with a variety of people with different working requirements through supportive guidelines. Due to the success of the project, I am now seeking funding to develop it further - I feel it would serve unemployed people and jobseekers in addition to any services the government already provides. Long term unemployment or being trapped in stressful employment can result in survival mode kicking in, leading to unhealthy choices and vicious cycles. I believe that providing a space and environment that supports the breaking down of the stress barrier and some of its subsequent challenges, through positive wellbeing techniques and focus could truly help these groups break these cycles. Club Sandwich was initially a monthly gathering of up to 20 volunteers, bringing loaves and filling to make sandwiches for up to 75 homeless and needy people at the Haven day centre in Watford. I also ran Blankets & Blessings, a new project whereby I obtained sponsorship for 110 blankets for the homeless in Watford (the target was 75). I also secured a discount from our supplier. Currently, the group is mostly a hub for other worthwhile projects while I decide on a new strategy, aiming to fill precise gaps in provision for those in need. Show less

Strengthening and developing my skills and experience of delivering learning now to adults and families as well as children, I am responsible for running Conversation Clubs and Family Learning groups with community goals. I now teach a Grammar group, utilising the knowledge and skills I acquired during the penultimate module of my degree in Communication & Education. The above responsibilities run alongside the usual small group teaching of children with English as an Additional Language.
