  -Lead the Student Management Team (Yr 10 – 12 Year Level coordinators) using a consistent and whole school approach to student wellbeing and engagement using the SWPBS Framework -Oversee Individual Support Plans in regards to engagement, behaviour, attendance and wellbeing for students and work with relevant staff to ensure all students are supported -Lead staff to implement strategies to enhance the relationships across the school between teachers, families and students to strengthen student wellbeing, behaviour, academic progress and attendance -Lead staff in the Respectful Relationships initiatives, SWPBS, Safe Minds, and adapting and refining to enhance the experiences of all students -Lead the establishment and implementation of the school social and emotional learning (SEL) curriculum that strengthens student resilience in the homegroup curriculum and through the development of personal learning goals -Ensure an effective student leadership and student extracurricular program is in place including overseeing year level camps, organising parent information and parent collaboration evenings, organising Yr 12 Graduation, overseeing Yr 12 Formal, overseeing student leadership development and initiatives in conjunction with the Student Leadership Coordinator, as well as effective parent connection programs to aid successful communication with families -oversee a variety of budgets for Student Engagement and Wellbeing Initiatives including budgets shared across both campuses -Ensure a successful transition program between year levels is in place -Implementation of the school’s progression and attendance policy - Maintain a classroom teaching role
