      I started at Blue Meteorite as a customer coordinator to our Office 365 and SharePoint on-prem customers. In addition, I had the joy of working in our service desk team as well as a consultant and O365 Artist. During the projects we delivered, I learned the installation process, the role of project manager, and continued to develop my training and consulting skills. I also took the responsibility of sharing the knowledge about Valo release updates internally to our consultancy business to streamline the update process.
