  Senior Project Manager - MIF Qualifications for management and leadershipI'm working in MIF Qualification programs that focus on developing managerial skills in the work environment. The participants gain insight, for instance, in strategy work, employee communication and work guidance as well as in more in-depth business understanding of managing finances and building client relationships.In my role as Senior Program Manager, I'm taking end-to-end responsibility over the flow of the program and ensuring all participants get the most out of the program and graduate on time. I arrange 1:1 professional guidance meetings with each participant during the program and take part in the end assessments as well.In addition, I'm responsible for continuously developing the Leadership Qualification Program to meet the ever-changing needs of modern business life.Currently, I'm specialised in running leadership programs for Finnish Museum Association - my 7th program for this group has started in March 2020. Altogether I'm managing 5-8 different qualification programs at the same time. I also enjoy building strong cooperation among different stakeholder in the training field, for example, apprenticeship training providers. Part of my work is to find new ways to provide added value to this network.
