SUPERVISOR (Concrete) Ensures the calibration of the Plant equipment's (Flow meters, Weigh Bridge, Plant unit weight,etc.) are carried out periodically, usually once per week or as needed. Supervising all activities needed to produce quality concrete according to specification and provide dispatch instructions. Analyzes and signs the daily production program. Review Daily Plant Inspection Report and issuance of observation or NCR (Nonconformity Report)according to concerned department. Follow-up internal, external corrective and preventive action(s) and ensure the effectiveness, well documented in standard format report. Deal with the customer complaints on a day-to-day basis Review running mix designs in compliance with client requirements in terms of strength, durability, permeability, workability. Supervise monthly internal calibration and uniformity test for each batching plant unit. Ensure real implementation of QA/QC plan and related inspection activities as well as reported instandard format. Ensure providing concrete mix to customer same as approved code (1) and have a copy of approval mixes. Distribute the manpower according to work priority. Ensuring equipment Calibrated on time, internal calibrations carried out, broken equipment arerepaired / replaced as soon as possible. Attending the weekly QC meetings.Good Working Knowledge of the following International Standards:- 1. ASTM: American Society for Testing & Materials. 2. ACI: American Concrete Institute. 3. BS: British Standards Institution. 4. BSEN: British European Standard (European Committee for Standardization).Training & Short Courses Attended:- Certified with Trakhees(Government of Dubai) for Testing Fresh Concrete in the field UAE Light Driving License Show less
