Duties and Responsibilities: • Schedules and coordinates work activities among his subordinates, contractors and the whole work group. • Prepare project status reports and accomplishments for Project Superintendent/PIC's update and monitoring. • Prepare and check BOQ's for project site and sub-contractors. • Supervises all works and operations being done within his work area. • Enforces the implementation of immediate quality control measure within his work area. • Implements all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulation within his area of assignment. • Schedules and plans all actual construction works and other related activities on site. • Overseas the actual execution of all activities conforming to the approved schedule via Actual checking, blue print checking and AUTO CAD details. • Interprets plans and specifications prior to construction. • Coordinates the proper implementation of all technical plans and specifications. • Evaluates, checks and verifies accomplishment of subcontractor's vis-à-vis budget. • Coordinates the requisition, issuances and the timely delivery of required materials and equipment on site. • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
