  Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services (WITS) platform is a modular, web-based application designed to meet the growing need to capture client services data, including outcomes and costs, in one centralized place. WITS serves more than 35 states and counties across the United States, with data reporting in from close to 10,000 provider agencies. WITS modules include an ONC-Certified Electronic Health Record for behavioral health that can be customized and configured to address separate or concurrent mental health and substance use disorders (SUDs) treatment. WITS facilitates cooperation and collaboration among providers, enabling them to share client services information online, and allows county or state authorities to access data and manage relationships with providers and community organizations. WITS includes third-party billing capabilities, client self-pay, and an integrated Contract/Funding Management module that incorporates multiple forms of billing management between a government entity and its community of providers. Responsibilities as a Senior Associate Application Developer Worked on monthly releases and branch releases. Followed Agile methodology with daily Scrum meeting, providing updates on tasks and worked with Azure Devops for Product backlog Items (PBI), Initiatives and Defect tracking. Design and develop the module as per the requirement and interact with business analysts and Quality analyst. Troubleshoot production support issues and fix performance bottleneck. Worked extensively with Inbound and Outbound 837/835 processing, 270 and 271 EDI transactions and performed a lead developer/SME role for EDI Billing and Contract Billing Modules.   COMET.NET is a windows desktop application which is used by the claim processors to process the claims. It works in conjunction with main frame applications like TOPS/CES/NDB and Pega workflow server to automate the resolution of claims that fail the Auto adjudication. J2EE is used as a middle tier to provide consistent physical transport and interface architecture for the COMET desktop application. The J2EE middle tier is implemented as web services and will provide http transport to/from client VB.net application, MQ Series connection pooling and WMQI Foundation Service execution and Pega application connection pooling and Pega rules execution. TOPS/CES/NDB main frame applications are used to store the repository data. Pega workflow components are used to authenticate users, retrieve next claim, retrieve specific claim and to Transfer/Route/finalize claims. WMQI SOAP/XML Foundation services are used to implement the business services provided by TOPS/CES/NDB.   Involved in design, development and maintenance of visa application tracking system for the TTS, an agency providing logistic services to the Consular Section of the U.S. Consulate in Chennai, India.
