I was continually amazed at her ability to maintain operational excellence and exceptional customer relations while also assisting corporate with testing new products and training new managers. No matter how busy she was, Sarath always made time to celebrate successes with her team, recognize individual accomplishments, participate in community events and even add fresh flowers to the tables during the holidays.
