Bangalore St.Marks was already a successful hotel when i joined there,they were very process oriented and well disciplined in discounting. Overall 4 % was the discount applied on the pricing, with an occupancy clocking an avg. of 98% FY 2005-2009 for a 94 Rooms hotel with a TripAdvisor rating #2 in the city during those years.
