So here I am, working as a Digital Marketer at R3 Factory. The learnings and experiences here have been overwhelming and inspiring at the same time. Simultaneously, I am also working on building an e-commerce website for R3 Factory. . My challenges and achievements : Initially, my challenge was having momentum when it comes to shifting the company from a B2B to B2C. I resolved that problem by content creation and daily posting on social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter) for almost two months now.
