  In my role as Head of Debt Recovery Services I am responsible for leading and developing the Shulmans Debt Recovery team.The Debt Recovery team has been exceptionally successful over the last few years, processing significant volumes of claims in the County Court and developing a case management system which is capable of managing high volumes, while maintaining quality and client specific requirements. My focus is on incorporating strategic planning into the team’s systems and processes in order to maintain client satisfaction and ensure success. As a solicitor, my technical expertise is in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and I provides advice in relation to a wide variety of commercial and contractual disputes, most often working closely with those clients who instruct our Debt Recovery Services team in relation to unpaid invoices.I am an individual who remains level-headed under pressure and who instils confidence in those with whom I work. I spend a large proportion of my time working closely with our clients to ensure we understand their commercial objectives, and tailor our approach in order to meet those needs in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. My role is varied and no two days are ever the same. I act for a wide range of clients, from private individuals and owner-managed businesses to public limited companies, and across a range of business sectors including insurance, manufacturing, retail and wholesale, a variety which demonstrates my versatility and expertise.
