Sara is talented in several different aspects. She is a creative designer, using the tools to their highest capability. She designed eLearning scenarios, games, escape rooms, and videos that were exceptional. Sara is able to take dense, difficult information and engage in complete task and need analysis to determine the correct information is being taught. Sara engaged in quality review work to ensure high quality materials, but also ensure that there were common voices and consistency of materials when multiple designers were working on the same project. Finally, Sara is just a good decent person. She stands up for what is right and takes responsibility for errors.
